Fiona Reed and Myself drove to Elsecar for the GSP Association Champ show under judge Gill Court.
Once again, Harri was my little star (Oh, and Ethan too)
Ethan was 2nd in Limit behind the eventual Best In Show winner. so i was very proud of him. HOWEVER, baby Harri finished her fantastic puppy career by going BEST PUPPY IN SHOW.
20th March
Clydebank and District Open show is only 10 minutes away from the front door which is very fortunate as it turned out to be a very long day for Myself, Ethan and Harri.
Our Breed Judge was Roy Maynard (Chinnordale Goldens)
G (4,1a) 1 Tait`s Benboee Bordeaux. Very smart and upstanding, very stylish with an appealing balanced outline. Super head, with well made body. Very well turned out, moved with purpose and drive.
O (8,3) 1 Tait`s Benboee Bachata JW. My star of the day. Every inch a showman. Has immense ring presence both on the move and standing. Handsome head with appealing expressionSuperb reach of neck and front assembly, deep through the chest that gave a balanced mature outline. So strong and well muscled, entered today in first rate hard condition. His sound driving movement is his greatest asset, covering the ground with power. He should have a great future ahead of him. I was pleased to award him BOB & the Gundog Group and delighted to see him go on to RBIS. Congratulations

Our Second trip to crufts of the week. Ethan won limit dog and was in the final 4 for the CC and our baby Harri won BEST PUPPY IN BREED. Photos to follow
Sp PB(10, 1) 1 Tait’s Benboee Bordeaux. This is a lovely puppy, 10 months old, balanced outline, lovely head and expression, good condition, moves well with drive and Rhythm. BP
LD(8) 1 Tait’s Benboee Bachata JW. This is a lovely dog who took my eye when first moving round the ring, he is balanced with a lovely outline, really good head and expression, good bone, feet and hindquarters which he can use to give very good movement, very well shown.
11th March
We made the first of our two long journeys down to Crufts where Ethan was competing in the Kennel Gazette Junior Warrant Finals. He wasnt placed, but did me proud in the main ring
6th & 7th March
Benboee Bordeaux "Harri" has had a lovely weekend in the show ring. On Saturday she won Best puppy in Breed.
On Sunday she had qualified for Gundog Breeds Association of Scotland Top Puppy Competition and was placed 4th Top puppy in very strong Competition. What made the say even nicer was that we realised that she was the youngest puppy there. Well done Harri

At HPR Club of Scotland Open show, Harri won Best Puppy in Breed, Millie won Post Grad and Reserve Best of Breed and Ethan won Limit dog, so another nice day for my dogs.

At LKA Champ Show we had a wonderful day under Mrs Di Arrowsmith.
Harri won Minor Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy Bitch
Millie won Post Grad Bitch
Ethan Won Limit dog.
The day was finished off with everyone having a little Christmas party with lovely food and drink :-)

After a long journey to Earls Court, London, Myself, Mum and Andy were all over the moon when Ethan made it into the final 10 out of 64 in the Junior Warrant Kennel Gazette Semi Finals. This now qualifies him for the Finals to be held at Crufts 2010.
